I tried to upgrade and got an error message saying “Account contains 0 STR.” What happened?

If your account doesn't contain any STR, you won't be able to upgrade. You can, however, create a new account on the upgraded network. Additionally, if you created your account on or after November 3, 2015, you won't be able to upgrade.
