If you have access to your account and your two-factor authentication (2fa) device, you can disable 2fa in your account settings. You will need to enter your password and the 2fa token.
If you don’t have access to your account, or you’ve lost your 2fa device, follow these steps:
- enter your username on the login screen
- click “Lost your 2fa device?”
- enter your username and password
- you will need to wait 7 days for 2-factor authentication to be disabled
