"Recovery has been disabled for this account"

If you're seeing a message of "Recovery has been disabled for this account," your recovery code will not work. There are two possible reasons for this:

1. You never enabled password recovery

2. You enabled recovery in wallet v1, but didn't reset the code after you migrated to wallet v2

If you still have access to your account, you can navigate to the settings page to enable recovery for your account.
