Wallet v2 recovery code bug—up to January 13 2015

If your recovery code is not working, and you activated it prior to January 13 2015, it may have been corrupted by a known, now-fixed bug.

If you don't remember your password, access the account with your secret key.

    Same here... now there is this weird suggestion:
    "access the account without your secret key""
    But how to do it?
    If we are trying to use recovery code, it is because we don't know the password, nor secret key...
