Trouble connecting with the server

If the viewer says that your balance is "0" or the screen constantly says "connecting," you're most likely experiencing trouble with the server connecting

The discrepancy between what you’re seeing on the balance viewers and the actual balance in your account is most likely due to the servers temporarily not syncing. For now, the default message when the server is “thinking’ is that the balance is zero, which will change in the near future to avoid confusion.
