    I also have the same problem, I can't upgrade my STR to XLM, it only tells me to contact hello@stellar.org, I submitted a ticket and got no further response.

    I'm also facing this problem. When I tried to repeat the process to make sure it wasn't an error on my side I actually received a second set of keys!
