    I also have the same problem, I can't upgrade my STR to XLM, it only tells me to contact hello@stellar.org, I submitted a ticket and got no further response.

    I'm also facing this problem. When I tried to repeat the process to make sure it wasn't an error on my side I actually received a second set of keys!

    They answered:
    "We've just pushed an update to the upgrade application. Problems should be resolved for majority of users."
    And I have upgraded.

    Unfortunately I just tried to get access and while I got one step further, receiving a confirmation code via email, when I clicked "confirm", the same thing happened: "Please contact support: hello@stellar.org"

    I already get the token for the upgrade
    but it always fails when I enter the token
    and always writing Please contact support: hello@stellar.org
    and when I send an email to hello@stellar.org. I get no response
