    The support solved my problem.
    I was not receiveing the email because in the past I had clicked on Unsubscribe. I thought that would only unsubscribe me from marketing emails but that unsubscribed from ALL emails, including transactional ones.

    Ask them to resubscribe you.

    I am also experiencing this same issue and I had also unsubscribed from the emails. I have emailed hello@stellar.org to see if they can help. Thanks for the tip, Bruno.

    I was able to upgrade successfully and was able to login with the newly given secret key, yet MY LUMENS ARE MISSING!!!!! please help.... ;,(

    After i upgraded my account and logged in with the secret key it gives me this message,

    This account doesn't exist on the network. To create this account, send it at least 20 lumens (XLM) to fulfill the minimum balance.

    It shows I have more than 20 before I upgraded.

    Any ideas?

    Similar to Senn above: When I log in with my secret key I get this message:

    This account doesn't exist on the network. To create this account, send it at least 20 lumens (XLM) to fulfill the minimum balance.

    I can see the balance from my old account but can't get access to them to transfer the lumens. I notice that a number of people simply had to wait a couple of weeks before the lumens appeared on the upgraded network. Should I just wait and see?

    I have the same issue, I had 4,400 lumens and when I upgraded it seemed to work but now I have 0 lumens, I sent in a support ticket. Thanks for the update too.

    I already get the token for the upgrade
    but it always fails when I enter the token
    and always writing Please contact support: hello@stellar.org
    and when I send an email to hello@stellar.org. I get no response

    I have the same issue like above. I had 440,xxxxxx lumens in the old network. But I cannot access it. My balance in the viewer is 0 lumens after updated. My id is purewater149. (penguinsloc@gmail.com)
